Former CFO charged with battery after Stanley trip
A former top executive of an Idaho-based fitness supplement company is charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery after two women reported he injured them on a company rafting trip in August.
KTVB-TV reports Bodybuilding.com's former chief financial officer Michael McClane has pleaded not guilty. His attorney declined comment.
The complaint says the women told police McClane touched, pushed, grabbed, pinched and shook them on a bus ride after a leadership team rafting trip near Stanley.
A company official tells KTVB that McClane is no longer employed by or affiliated with the Meridian-based company.
Earlier this year, the company was fined $7 million for selling "dietary supplements" that contained synthetic anabolic steroids. Former president Jeremy DeLuca was fined $600,000 and former CEO Ryan DeLuca was fined $500,000.
