United Dairymen of Idaho & Local News 8 are proud to announce the Distinguished Student Award. This program recognizes excellence in academics, citizenship and the role of education in Idaho.

Each week, Local News 8 gathers student nominees of high school seniors in the area from principals and counselors, looking for those who have displayed outstanding qualities.
