BLACKFOOT - A 19-year-old died in a one-vehicle rollover on Interstate 15 just north of Blackfoot.

The Blackfoot Police Department responded to the accident at mile marker 95.5 and found the Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Alexander F. Steffa, of Blackfoot.

When emergency crews arrived, they found Steffa had been ejected from the vehicle. A passing Caribou County ambulance stopped to help.

Steffa was flown to Bingham Memorial Hospital and later taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Center in Idaho Falls where he later died.

Law enforcement is still trying to determine how the accident happened.
