BONNEVILLE COUNTY - A woman was flown to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after she was in an accident Wednesday morning.
It happened on Highway 26 east of Ririe. Dolly Jensen, 71, of Idaho Falls, was on her way back from Swan Valley. She fell asleep and drifted off the road. She then swerved back on the road, overcorrected and rolled her car.
The Idaho Falls Fire Department responded and used machinery to cut the car door off so emergency crews could get her out.
Because of her age, Air Idaho was called out as a precaution.
Idaho State Police said she is in stable condition and had some bumps and bruises.
Jensen was not wearing her seat belt.
