RAWLINS, Wyo. (AP) - A judge ruled prosecutors can proceed with the case of a man accused of attempted murder after allegedly shooting another man nine times.
Twenty-2-year-old Timothy David Kramer faces life in prison if convicted of attempted first-degree murder in the March 4 shooting of Steven Devore. A judge ruled Friday Kramer's case can proceed in Carbon County District Court.
Kramer is being held on $1 million bail.
Police say the shooting happened after an argument in a Rawlins bar. Rawlins police Sgt. Troy Palmer testified that some witnesses said Kramer and Devore appeared to be "having a good time" before the shooting.
