JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) - A Jackson man accused of being under the influence of prescription drugs at the time of a fatal crash is headed to trial.

A 9th District Judge ruled Thursday there is probable cause in the case of 31-year-old Nathaniel Hubbs. Prosecutors have charged Hubbs with aggravated vehicular homicide in the Aug. 8 death of 54-year-old Martin Burbey, of Jefferson, Ore.

Teton County prosecutors say Hubbs drifted his 2004 GMC Yukon into oncoming traffic in Jackson, hitting Burbey, who was traveling alone on his motorcycle.

During Thursday's hearing, prosecutors also presented evidence showing Hubbs had high levels of muscle relaxants and painkillers in his system at the time of the crash.

Hubbs is being held in the Teton County Jail on a $100,000 bond on the vehicular homicide charge.
