CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Natrona County prosecutors have filed 35 child molestation charges against a Bar Nunn man.

Warren Jay Crawford faces the possibility of multiple life sentences if convicted of the charges, which include eight counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

Assistant Natrona County District Attorney Stephanie Hambrick said Wednesday that most of the children the 39-yer-old Crawford is accused of molesting were under the age of 10 at the time.

Hambrick said the charges against Crawford date from the time he was released from prison for an earlier sex offense.

Circuit Judge Steven Brown set bail at $500,000 and appointed the public defender's office to represent him.

Crawford is being held at Natrona County Detention Center.
