IDAHO DALLS - 2,300 people are without power in Idaho Falls. An Idaho Falls Power dispatcher says the problem started at about 8:50 a.m. Sunday morning when a breaker at the Hatch substation locked open, setting about the outage.
The power company is working on the isssue, but power will not be fully restored until 1:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
The 2,300 affected customers live in the area east of Woodruff from 2nd Street to 25th Street.
