RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - The shuttered Shoshoni mushroom farm has been sold at auction.

Mark Mickelson of First Interstate Bank of Jackson declined to disclose the sale price, saying there was a 30-day closing period before the sale goes through.

The Wind River Mushroom Farm was a public-private undertaking that involved laborers from the Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton, state funds and federal loan guarantees. But officials said labor challenges forced the farm to close its doors in late 2006.
