BINGHAM CO. - Monday morning, Bingham County commissioners officially signed and sent their Disaster Declaration to the Governor's office. What's next?... well, wait.

The Governor has 30 days to approve, or disprove the declaration for Bingham County.

The declaration asks..." that the Governor of the State of Idaho declare a state of disaster/emergency for Bingham County; and make state resources available to assist those entities providing critical services to citizens of Bingham County as may be requested in order to mitigate this imminent threat."

If approved, the county will receive more funding to fight the swine flu.
