St. Anthony Man Arrested On Two Counts Of Statutory Rape

ST ANTHONY - Police arrested Richard Thomas Brotzman Monday evening. The 36-year old man has been charged with two counts of felony statutory rape. The charges were filed by the Fremont County Prosecutor.

Brotzman was arrested at his home by St. Anthony police. He is being held on $50,000 bond in the Fremont County Jail.
