SOUTHEASTERN ID. - It's a tri-city event to help rid our family communities of the pornography plague.
The event, planned for November 14, will hit Pocatello, Idaho Falls and Rexburg.
The conference is called, "Visual Addiction: Pornography and The Brain." The event is hosted by Citizens For Decency, a local nonprofit organization, featuring keynote speaker Dr. Donald Hilton, a 14-year veteran neurosurgeon.
Dr. Hilton will focus on the harmful effects of pornography and offer help for those wishing to free themselves and their loved ones from the pornography addiction.
Dr. Hilton's address is also geared at helping parents learn how to protect their family against the harmful effects of pornography, and help loved ones who have already fallen into the addiction.
The schedule for the event is as follows:
Pocatello: 8:00am-12:00pm, ISU Goranson Hall Fine Arts Building, 790 S 5th St. Bldg 11
Idaho Falls: 12:30pm-4:30pm Taylor View Jr. High School Auditorium, 350 Castlerock Lane
Rexburg: 4:00pm-8:00pm Rexburg Tabernacle, 51 North Center St.
