POCATELLO - It's been less than a month since a charter bus with band members from American Fork High School in Utah rolled near McCammon injuring several students and killing a chaperone.  All the kids in the bus that rolled were taken to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.  Friday morning the hospital received a big thank you.

The students sent the hospital and the staff a picture of all of them holding paper hearts and each student wrote a special individual thank you message.

Messages like "thank you for taking care of me and my friends" and "thank you for taking care of us we don't think we could have been in better hands."

A nurse who was on duty the night of the accident says she's glad they were there to do their job.

"The biggest thing though is that everyone is ok.  And we had a great response from the kids and the outcome was very, very good.  That was the bottom line for us," said Angela Treasure, Case Manager in the emergency room at Portneuf Medical Center.

In addition to checking out each and every kid that night, Portneuf Medical Center opened up its cafeteria as well to make sure the kids and their families had dinner.
