BANNOCK COUNTY - A Pocatello man has been released from jail after being charged with felony drug trafficking, DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia this weekend.

Kelly Briscoe, 52, was stopped for a traffic infraction Saturday afternoon on I-15 near Inkom.  That's when Idaho State Police troopers found more than ten pounds of marijuana in his car.

Briscoe was arraigned in magistrate court Monday afternoon and will be back in front of a district judge next month.
