CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) -

A magistrate judge has set bail at $5 million for a Melba woman charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of a man she apparently met at a bar.

Richardson's body was found at his rural Nampa residence on the afternoon of Feb. 7.

Court records say Richardson left a Nampa bar at about 1 a.m. Feb. 7 with a woman that witnesses identified as 34-year-old Nicole Lee Kirtley.

Court records say when Kirtley was at the Canyon County sheriff's office for questioning, she told a male inmate that she shot the man and she wasn't going to be raped again.

Richardson's missing vehicle was found partially submerged in the Snake River.

Magistrate Judge James Schiller set Kirtley's bail on Monday. Her preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 20.
