CRPS Percutaneus Disc Decompression Spinal Cord Stimulator Implantation
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a continuous, intense pain out of proportion to the severity of the injury, which gets worse rather than better over time. CRPS most often affects one of the arms, legs, hands, or feet.  Often the pain spreads to include the entire arm or leg. Percutaneous Discectomy is an effective, minimally invasive spine procedure where nucleus pulposus is extracted via a 17 gauge introducer cannula to reduce intradiscal and adjacent nerve root pressure. A Spinal Cord Stimulator is a device which uses pulsed electrical signals to the spinal cord to help control chronic pain. In it's simplest form, it consists of a series of electrodues, a pulse generator, and a remote control for the generator.
Intrathecal Pump Implantation Cancer Pain Headaches
Intrathecal Pump Implantation involves the use of a pump to deliver pain medicine to the intrathecal space. A small pump is implanted under the skin connected to a thin catheter. This requires smaller doses of pain medication as the medication is delivered directly to the pain receptors. Pain caused by Cancer can vary in types, severity, and location. We offer a variety of procedures to help deal with these kinds of pain. Procedures to deal with pain from Cancer include Nerve Blocks, Spinal Cord Stimulators, and Spinal Injections. Headaches can be brought on by a wide variety of causes. Chronic headaches such as Migraines, Cluster headaches, Atypical Facial Pain, Trigeminal Neuralgia, and Sphenopalatine Neuralgia are among the types of headaches that we can help treat.
