IDAHO FALLS - The winning history project featured in the Smithsonian last month is now at the Museum of Idaho.

Local teens Marissa Lords and Tyler Stephens' award-winning exhibit will be on display from now through August 1.

Lords and Stephens won top honors at the National History Day competition, held in Washington, D.C. earlier this summer.

They are 9th graders at Rocky Mountain Middle school and worked for over six months on their impressive exhibit, "Fighting for Victory One Stamp at a Time: Buster Hill".

They were awarded first place against 2,500 kids from across the nation.

The public is welcomed to view this exhibit, free of charge Monday through Saturday during regular museum hours.
