IDAHO FALLS - It's an experience local students said they'll never, ever forget!
On Friday at Clair E Gale Junior High School, WWII Veterans paraded through the halls, sharing their experiences, knowledge, and lessons from the war with the younger generation.
Students had the chance to sit down with these Vets and interview them about their memories of the war.
Students said it's one of the coolest things at school. They were able to get out of the classroom and learn from those who survived one of the most famous wars of all time.
"They passed on information so now we can tell our kids and then it will be a really famous thing going around," said 7th grader, Joseph Bailey.
Students said they were on cloud-nine, loving the chance they had to really grasp what life was like during WWII.
