CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Supreme Court has upheld a Carbon County man's manslaughter conviction in the 2007 shooting death of another man.

The court on Wednesday upheld the conviction of 24-year-old Forrest Bromley. A jury last year convicted him of manslaughter in the death of Jason Voss.

Prosecutors had argued that Bromley deliberately shot Voss in the face with a shotgun in April 2007, near Saratoga in Carbon County. Bromley's defense attorney argued that the shooting was an accident.

Bromley is serving a sentence of 10 to 15 years in state prison.
