IDAHO FALLS – Thousands packed the gym at Skyline High School for the annual craft show.
This marks the 14th year the show has taken place at the high school, with proceeds going to the Skyline Booster Club.
In years past, the booster club has used the event as a way to help purchase new computers and other resources for the school.
Saturday, about sixty booths were seen filling the floor space of the large Skyline gymnasium.
Crafts of all shapes, sizes and materials were featured.
“We have some beautiful crafts and gift items and there’s a great variety of jewelry, clothing, and pretty much everything,” said Joy Wilkie, President of the Skyline Booster Club.
Other organizers agree.
“We have some really high class items here, and we’re really proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish,” said Verona Rudd, who has been involved with the craft fair for the last fourteen years.
On a side note, another similar craft fair is scheduled to be held on November 21 at Bonneville High School from 9 to 5 p.m.
