NPG of Idaho is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to work in our Idaho Falls office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining public files and station contract files, maintaining Nielsen information for KIFI properties, maintaining FCC filing requirements for KIFI properties and managing travel/hotel arrangements for NPG of Idaho, Corporate guests and consultants. Additional duties include greeting visitors, directing phone calls, forwarding messages, opening and closing front office, posting out-going mail, sorting in-coming mail, monitoring and distributing faxes, posting community events on websites, shipping and receiving and various other support procedures.
Applicants must have excellent time management, computer and people skills. Previous experience as an administrative assistant and receptionist is preferable. Candidates must possess maturity and a strong work ethic.
