Interstate 15 reopened after closed for low visibility

IDHAO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - UPDATE 7:04 p.m.: Interstate 15 reopened around 7 p.m. Wednesday.


Idaho State Police reports Interstate 15 is closed between exit 118 in Idaho Falls to exit 143 near Roberts.

Officials report visibility is reduced and ask drivers look out for blowing dust.

There is no estimated reopen time.

ISP shared a video Wednesday on social media of an SUV pulling a camping trailer was caught by the wind causing it to roll on I-15.   

They also shared a photo of a semi-truck that rolled on US 26 west of Idaho Falls because of the wind.
