IDAHO FALLS, Idaho -- A late night fire has turned deadly in Idaho Falls.
The Idaho Falls Fire Deparment says 37-year old Marcus Toliver was inside an apartment when it caught fire on Thursday evening.
It happened at 2115 Stace Street.
Toliver was found unconscious but breathing by firefighters in his bedroom. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Firefighters are blaming an unattended stove for starting the fire. They report the damage to be estimated at $40,000.

The Idaho Falls Police Department is issuing a warning to all residents to lock their doors and windows after they say an unidentified man entered some homes early Friday morning.
Tiffany Horning, 25, of Terreton pleaded guilty Friday in United States District Court in Pocatello to passing a counterfeit check, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced.
