Melaleuca has won another judgment against a former employee.

For months the wellness company has been battling with Jeff Wasden, Melaleuca's former Vice President of Marketing.

In December, Seventh District Judge Gregory Moeller ruled Wasden had breached a Separation Agreement when he left the company. 'The judge ordered Wasden to pay the company back $241,275.

On Wednesday, August 25, Judge Moeller also awarded Melaleuca $114,455 in attorney fees and $7,043.43 for costs requested by Thomsen Stevens Law Offices and $3,154.28 for costs requested by in-house counsel.

Judge Moeller, however, did not award more than $6,000 in discretionary funds Thomsen Stephens and Melaleuca requested.
