BONNEVILLE COUNTY, Idaho -- The man who stabbed someone in the Grand Teton Mall parking lot in May was sentenced to two to ten years.Police said Brett Lower and the victim were arguing when it turned physical. Lower stabbed the victim before he left. The victim and his friend went into the JC Penney store for help.Lower was arrested leaving the Bonneville County Courthouse when tipster saw his car outside the building.
