RIGBY, Idaho -

Three people, including two children, were injured in a one-vehicle crash on 400 North, northwest of Rigby, at around 7:30 a.m. Friday.

According to a news release from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, the driver was Clifford Wayne Savage, 39, of Rigby. He had two children in the car. The sheriff's office said he lost control of his 1996 Mustang due to slick road conditions and slid into a brick mailbox structure and through a vinyl fence.

All three occupants were transported by ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. The two children were in serious condition.
