Police are investigating a burglary of the old Ashley’s Furniture building in Idaho Falls.
The building, on 1953 N. Yellowstone, was burglarized between April 27 and May 30.
The business had been closed for some time, but still contains a large amount of inventory, police said Monday. An upper level window was broken and the business doors were found unlocked. Many items were broken and scattered throughout the building.
The owners were unsure what had been taken when they reported the incident to police. They estimated the damage to items in the business at more than $10,000.
Police said anyone with information concerning the burglary should contact the IFPD at (208) 529-1200 or CrimeStoppers at (208) 522-1983.
