Bannock County terminates disaster declaration

Bannock County Commissioners have formally ended a summer long fire ban.  In a resolution signed Wednesday, commissioners lifted a ban on fireworks and all open fires originally enacted June 28th.  

The action was based on recommendations from the Bannock County Sheriff and local firefighting officials who determined the disaster declaration was no longer necessary.
