Boy hit in Pocatello crosswalk

A child was hit in the crosswalk on Pine and Jefferson in Pocatello on Thursday afternoon.

When emergency responders arrived, the 11-year-old boy's mother was there.

The boy was taken to the hospital. There is no word on the severity of his injuries.

Police don't know if anyone was with him when he was hit.
