A 12-year-old boy from Coeur d'Alene who had been missing was found.

Police issued an Amber Alert early Saturday morning for a missing 12-year-old boy. Police said a woman found the boy sitting in a grassy field around 11a. They said he was physically fine.

Before he was found, Chance Joshua Belnap was last seen leaving for school at 7 a.m. Friday. Officials reported that he never made it to the school.

A neighbor reported possibly seeing Chance in a wooded area near the Belnap home at around 9 a.m. Friday.
