Crews from Rocky Mountain Power have restored power to Howe, following a 12-hour outage.
A spokesman for Rocky Mountain said high winds caused three cross-arms supporting power lines to break around 2:47 a.m. Saturday.
The break caused a power outage affecting 181 customers.
According to one customer, power was restored just before 3 p.m. Saturday.
