Pocatello Police arrest stranger in the night

POCATELLO, Idaho -

A Pocatello man is in custody after a homeowner found him in his basement.  

Pocatello Police said a homeowner in the 100 block of N. 10th Avenue awoke at around 3 a.m. Tuesday to discover 26-year-old Johnathan Levi Myler downstairs.  The homeowner told police he did not know Myler and did not give him permission to be in his house.

Myler was arrested for Unlawful Entry and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
