A 41-year-old Pocatello man was arrested at around 6:30 pm Wednesday on a charge of indecent exposure.
Pocatello police said Jon Eric Utka was seen standing in his front window at 107 N. Ninth Avenue exposing himself. Officers said Utka was "still in the process" when they arrived.
A witness told police the activity had been an ongoing problem in the neighborhood.
