A Utah teenager has been charged with two counts of murder in the killing of his two young brothers, 4 and 10.
The Davis County Attorney's Office announced the charges Thursday, saying they'll seek to try the 15-year-old as an adult.
The two boys were stabbed to death inside their West Point home on the evening of May 22. The teen had been left home alone with his two adopted brothers while his mother took another child to a dance recital. Police found the teen miles away with traces blood on him.
The Associated Press is withholding his name because of his age, along with the identity of other family members.
A juvenile court judge will decide later whether the teen will be tried as an adult.
