A rollover accident at the Fort Hall exit on Interstate 15 blocked traffic in the northbound lanes for an hour and a half Monday afternoon.
Idaho State Police said the crash happened when Bertrand DeSilva, 52, of Yorba Linda, Calif., was driving north in a 2007 Winnebago when he lost control and overturned on the roadway. He and his three passengers, ages, 4, 6 and 33, were transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.
Both lanes were blocked, and traffic was rerouted off exit 80 while crews cleaned up the crash.
DeSilva was cited for failing to maintain his lane of travel.
