The Idaho Court of Appeals has rejected a southeastern Idaho's man appeal of his 10-year prison sentence for possessing child pornography.
The Idaho State Journal reports the court in a decision released Thursday ruled the district court didn't abuse its discretion in sentencing Paul Bushlow.
Bushlow in April 2012 pleaded guilty to felony possession of exploitive materials in 6th District Court and was sentenced in July. He must serve at least three years of the sentence before he's eligible for parole.
Bushlow filed an appeal contending the sentence was excessive.
