Deena Aday sentencing set for December 13

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Deena Aday appeared in court this morning for a status conference. 

Aday will appear in court on December 13 for sentencing.

Aday entered into a plea deal back in September. She was originally charged with accessory to murder but is now charged with obstruction for withholding information, which is a misdemeanor. 

Aday is charged after leaving the state with Jeremy White, who was sentenced to 45 years in prison with a minimum of 15 years 30 years indeterminate, a $10,000 fine and a $5,000 civil penalty which in the maximum penalty for second-degree murder.

He was charged for strangling his fiancee, Christin Caldwell, and burying her beneath their Bonneville County home.

Aday at first withheld information from police, but then told them all the information they needed to charge White.
