IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Jeremy White appeared in a full Bonneville County Courthouse Wednesday morning and was sentenced to 45 years in prison with a minimum of 15 years 30 years indeterminate, a $10,000 fine and a $5,000 civil penalty which in the maximum penalty.
The victim's sister Holly Colidge said, "I do not forgive you, and I will not forgive you. I hate you more than anyone in my life." Victim impact statements have to be directed to the judge, so she corrected her statement.
The victim's daughter also made a statement, "My daughter asks me every day where my mom is.
It's hard because if I have another child they'll never meet my mom. I'm not ready to go every day without her."
White pled guilty to the 2016 murder of Christin Caldwell and was convicted of second-degree murder. After murdering Caldwell he went on the run with Deena Aday.
Her hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 28.
