RIGBY, Idaho - A man charged in a Rigby killing was in court Wednesday.
In the preliminary hearing for Emanuel Jesus Granados, the judge was to decide whether there was enough evidence against Granados for the case to move forward.
The charge against Emanuel Jesus Granados was raised from second-degree to first-degree murder Tuesday.
Granados is accused of shooting Fermin Lemus dead outside a party on July 14.
