MORELAND, Idaho - A 21-year-old man he was shot to death at a home west of Moreland late Monday night.
Bingham County Sheriff Craig Rowland said the shooting happened just before 8 p.m. at 1954 West Taber Road.
Miguel Davalos died at the scene and an autopsy will be done Wednesday morning, the sheriff said.
He said no suspects are in custody and doesn't feel the public is in danger.
"we have a little motive but we are still in the baby steps of the investigation", Rowland said. The Sheriff says he hopes to have more information tomorrow when The autopsy is completed in Boise. He says he feels his office can solve this case.
The sheriff said he will release more details as the investigation continues.
A neighbor tells Local News 8, the victim had just moved to the Taber Road house a few months ago from Mexico.
