A Las Vegas man who was robbed by two men posing as Mormon missionaries says he told the pair it was a little too early for such a visit before they forced their way into his house.
Terence Delucia testified in court Tuesday about the incident that happened about 6:30 a.m. on June 27.
Delucia says the suspects, dressed in white shirts and black pants, told him they wanted to talk about Jesus Christ.
He says they beat him until he was bloody and stole cash and marijuana from him. Delucia says he's not a drug dealer, but has bought marijuana in the past.
Twenty-five-year-old Robert Estall and 28-year-old Abraham Austin are charged in the case.
A judge is deciding whether there's enough evidence to send the case to trial.
