Idaho State University head football coach Mike Kramer will not be facing any criminal charges following a pushing incident that made national headlines last month, the Pocatello Legal Department said Thursday.
A video that submitted to ESPN showed Kramer shoving wide receiver Derek Graves to the ground.
After the incident, Kramer was suspended for an away game against the University of Montana.
Graves was suspended from the team because of violating time rules. ESPN said it was because Graves was repeatedly late for practice.
