Freezing fog this morning giving way to partly cloudy skies this afternoon.
An inversion has set up across the region today. Highs in the Central Mountains will be in the mid-20s to low-30s. The Snake River Plain will be the coldest area in the region with highs in the mid-teens to low-20s.
