- ...Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 5 am Sunday to 5 PM MST Monday... The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow...which is in effect from 5 am Sunday to 5 PM MST Monday.
- Impacts/timing...snow spreading across the eastern Highlands Sunday morning and tapering off late Monday afternoon. Southwest winds gusting as high as 35 mph may result in blowing and drifting snow over the higher passes and ridge tops...especially on Monday.
- Snow accumulations...total accumulations of 6 to 12 inches above 7000 ft...and 3 to 6 inches at the lower elevations.
- Locations...St. Anthony...Ashton...Driggs...Victor...Teton Pass. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow around. Use caution when traveling...especially in open areas.
